Some babies can develop a rash or allergy to OATS, and that is a main ingredient in this product. We have been using Johnsons Baby (pink bottle) lotion ever since. It is made by the same company as Aveeno, and does contain fragrance, but it is very mild, and doesnt irritate her skin. Sometimes the more natural the better is simply NOT the case...
