(More customer reviews)My son was never able to operate this toy on his own. He is 22 months now and I finally just got rid of it. You have to told on to the frog tightly and then use your other hand to pull the fish to make him fountain. The squirt of water is very quick and half the time I'd do it my son didn't even care. There are WAY cooler bath toys out there. I do not recommend this.
