I know exactly what the problem is that all the "1 star" reviewers are having.
This product is NOT designed to fit over a faucet.
It is designed to fit over a SHOWER HEAD.
It does NOT fit on a faucet as faucets are not usually round as this products connector is.Mine fits perfectly over the round shower head.The blue rim you see in the picture is actually a clamp that holds the it on.Inside that clamp is a rubber gasket with a round hose to create a non-leak seal.The hose hangs down from the shower head and does NOT COME OFF.
The only problem I have with this product is after 2 - 3 YEARS, the rubber gasket in the end wears out and it begins to leak where it connects to the shower head.2 - 3 years is pretty good for a $10 product.Mine just wore out (for the 2nd time in 5 years) so I am going to buy another.
